The Environ TCA Cool Peel is an intelligent, non-invasive resurfacing treatment designed to refine, revive and brighten the skin—without the harsh peeling or downtime often associated with traditional chemical peels.

Developed by Dr Des Fernandes, this advanced system uses a low percentage of Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA) in a unique “cool” gel formulation. This allows us to gently stimulate the skin without damaging its natural barrier.

Often referred to as “the peel that doesn’t peel”, it works by encouraging your skin cells (keratinocytes) to function optimally—stimulating collagen and elastin production for healthier, more youthful skin.
